Each week, our viewers write in and share their situation with our panel of special guests, lead by our host Gary Mitchell.
We've been on the air since 1998 and In 2004, Sweet and Sour won the award for Australia's Best Panel show at the inaugural Antenna Awards, showcasing the best in Community Television.
Sweet and Sour broadcasts into Adelaide and Melbourne on their free-to-air community TV Channels. We also stream all our episodes on our Facebook & YouTube accounts.
