Dear Mitch and Panelists,
I’ve watched Sweet and Sour a little over the years and I’ve got an issue that you people have never considered.
I’ve been called all sorts of things by family and friends alike and I suppose I’ve got tough over the years, but I see the majority of people as double standard hypocrites. You see I love sex and because of that I make a business out of it. I don’t hurt anyone, I do what I love, but still in this supposedly liberal thinking age, I’m made to feel like a leper for making a good dollar out of sex.
My girl friends, who thankfully haven’t abandoned me, nonetheless keep telling me that my behaviour denigrates feminism. Well I just don’t understand that angle at all. I’m the one following my passions and refuse to be compromised. I see ads for not so discrete websites promoting affairs and effortless sexual liaisons for anyone who cares to access. So then why am I the bad one?
So what’s the score really? Do I represent the future and I’m there before everyone and therefore I should feel happy about that? Or am I a girl who is just oversexed but gutsy enough to follow her desires? I also have a gorgeous and very bright 6 year old daughter and I always ask why wouldn’t she grow up to be proud of her mum?
